This information and online training center serves as a unique 'train the trainer' site. It was developed in partnership between BMI, the New Jersey Institute of Technology and the Sustainable Buildings Industry Council, with help from the U.S. Department of Energy's Rebuild America/Energy Smart Schools program and the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

The online multi-media program is designed to educate school officials and design professionals about high performance school buildings. The unique site also allows users to register to receive instruction and tools that will allow them to deliver persuasive, authoritative presentations, allowing them to advocate for High Performance School Buildings.
