BMI produced this video project for the Homebuilders Association of Northern Kentucky to help contractors reduce potential liability from moisture-related problems in their state. The videos explain proactive steps that residential builders can take in the construction process to avoid moisture damage. Videos also help educate homeowners, since they play an important role in maintenance needed to prevent and control moisture in the home. BMI produced easy-to-understand video presentations covering foundations, wall and roof framing, mechanical systems, insulation, exterior cladding, flashing and other topics.
